I do not accept returns on items that have been custom sized or altered at your request so if you are unsure about an item, it may be best to have it sized by your local jeweler just in case.
Items purchased before 4pm are usually shipped same day unless customization or resizing was requested. Items are securely packaged, shipped via USPS with signature-required tracking, and sent directly to the customer for enjoyment.
