Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges 
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

I do not accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

I do not accept returns for Custom or Personalized orders. Any item altered or resized is final sale and is not eligible for return. 

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. It is the buyers responsibility to securely ship the item back within 7 days of approved return. The original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund total. 

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If item shows wear, or is not returned in original condition, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total. 

If paid using PayPal, the PayPal service fee will not be refunded as this fee goes directly to PayPal. If paid using PayPal, the processing fee will be deducted from your refund total.
